Our MR Grade of Prosteel® Plywood is bonded with AdvanTech HDR resin, while the BWR Grade is bonded with AdvanTech HDR+ resin. We source and use these resins as they provide extra strength and extra durability as compared to the typical ones you can get often.

Mahabali Woods believe in offering quality plywoods. As such, we don’t just perform the average manufacturing process. We first cold press the Prosteel® Plywood to allow the resin to infiltrate the layers of wood and to provide extra strength to the bonding between them. Then the plywood is hot pressed in the state-of-art hot hydraulic presses to build a high quality and durable product.

1. Poplar Plywood: Poplar Ply is built by using Poplar core veneer, and not all plywood manufacturers in India knows how what it takes to offer the best of this variant. 3. Hardwood Plywood: Hardwood Plywood is the plywood which is required where there is a need to handle more weight per square feet than what an average ply can take. This type of plywood is manufactured using Eucalyptus wood procured directly from the farmers. As eucalyptus wood has a higher density than other woods, it results in extra strength and an ability to handle more weight.
